My core modality is person centred – and solution focused when required. I utilise an existential approach for clients wishing to explore meaning and purpose in life. For some clients, incorporating mindfulness can be helpful. I offer:
- Short term Counselling (3 – 20 sessions)
- Longer term Integrative Psychotherapy (up to 3 years)
My clients have come from many backgrounds – cancer and pain management patients in hospital, professionals, trauma and abuse survivors, social services, manual workers, managers, war veterans, single parents, adolescents and Employee Assistance Providers.
